My detox meal plan is a very balanced plan composed of real, whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, even some dairy & breads.  

This is not a generic meal plan! Each meal plan is carefully designed with a balance of macronutrients. There is no guess work. You will know exactly when to eat, what to eat, and how much you are eating. I have done all the planning, organizing, and balancing the nutrients needed for you to stay full and achieve maximum health goals! I even offer substitutes for allergies, product availability, and other issues.

 

The total plan is 16 weeks long but this product allows you to purchase the first of the 16 weeks if you are nervous about committing to longer than a week.
