This is not a generic meal plan! Each meal plan is carefully designed with a balance of macronutrients.  There is no guess work.  You will know exactly when to eat, what to eat, and how much you are eating.  I have done all the planning, organizing, and balancing the nutrients needed for you to stay full and achieve maximum health goals!  I even offer substitutes for allergies, product availability, and other issues.
