These are my personal recommendations. You can substitute brands where you need, but I have linked a few of my favorites for you below.



Pre-Workout


KRE-ALKALYNE (EFX SPORTS)

  • TAKE 1 CAPSULE 30 MIN BEFORE WORKOUT

  • I LOVE this pre-workout because it's the only one I trust, it doesn't give you jitters, doesn't make you bloat, no side effects, etc...







Supplements FOR WOMEN ONLY


  1. 600-630 mg CALCIUM per day 

  2. Super 8 Acidophilus (Probiotic)






Supplements FOR MEN ONLY


  1. Creatine

  2. Vitamin D






Supplements For MEN & WOMEN

  1. Multivitamin: there are different multivitamins for men and women. Nature made is a decent brand to consider for both. There are also other brands like Equate, Garden of Life, etc. I recommend looking on Amazon for your preferred option.

  2. Green tea extract 500 mg per day 

  3. fish oil (mega EFA Omega-3 EPA & DHA) 2,100 mg per day 

  4. Vitamin B12

  5. 2,000 mg Vitamin C per day
