6 Tips to make meal prep easier! Because to be honest...most of us really only have an hour before work, kids, or life in general comes calling!
1. Make a Plan.
Decide what you will need for every snack and meal, make your shopping list, and get to the market.
2. Stick to Your Grocery List.
Not having junk food in your house means not having to use your willpower to avoid it.
3. Keep Snacks Simple.
Leave the cooking for lunches and dinners.
4. Cook foods all at once.
Save time and get all of your side dishes and meats ready for the week in about 30 minutes.
5. Look for Time-Savers.
Pre-cut veggies, fruits, rotisserie chicken, etc. are readily available in most stores.
6. Keep it fresh!
