My new detox meal plan is a very balanced plan composed of real, whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, even some dairy and breads. This is not a generic meal plan! Each meal plan is carefully designed with a balance of macronutrients. There is no guess work. You will know exactly when to eat, what to eat, and how much you are eating. I even offer substitutes for allergies, product availability, and other issues. I have done all the planning, organizing, and balancing the nutrients needed for you to stay full and achieve maximum health goals! There's lots of variety & the best part is that it's EASY (the Easiest one I've created yet) and a plan your whole family will love! There is almost no cooking involved. Also, it is not expensive! $10 per week for the meal plan, which includes a grocery list and recipes. You can purchase the first week only, subscribe to the entire 16 weeks with a weekly plan, or simply purchase the bundle all together!
