My new detox meal plan is a very balanced plan composed of real, whole foods, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, even some dairy & breads.
There's lots of variety & the best part is that it's EASY (the Easiest one I've created yet) and a plan your whole family will love! There is almost no cooking involved.
Also, it is not expensive! $10 per week for the meal plan, which includes a grocery list. You can purchase one week & pay each week as you go OR you can buy several weeks at once. It's totally up to you.(There's sixteen weeks total.)
