Kristen Wilkins

At my core, helping others is what drives me.  My life as an elementary school teacher was centered around this drive, but I also had a huge interest in health, well-being, nutrition, and physical fitness.  I began juggling teaching students full-time and also training clients and consulting on the importance of proper nutrition.  I eventually quit teaching and pursued my personal training certification and started teaching group fitness classes more frequently, which is where I encountered so many women who shared a common goal- to FEEL better about themselves in their clothes and swimsuits and physically wanted to feel better doing routine activities. 

 

So in 2015, I launched my 6-week transformation program, incorporating clean eating with exercise and training.  My 21-Day Challenge was born in 2018 as a way to provide clients with shorter-term goals and some small wins. It was just an idea at the time, but it worked so well for my clients that it has become the heart of Get Fit With Kristen. Daily, I work with clients to help them achieve their health goals. I believe everyone can achieve a healthy lifestyle that fits into their unique life. My goal is to instill the importance of small, daily habits that form into routines. These habits embody a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, realistic, and one that is not mastered in a few days or weeks.  It is a lifelong dedication to nourish our bodies with foods that heal us, mind and body.
